What do I need to do before I can withdraw my winnings from the bonus?

You need to complete the wagering requirement. The bonus shall expire 30 days after acceptance of the bonus. If the wagering requirement has not been completed by then, the entire bonus balance (bonus + pending winnings derived from the bonus) shall be removed.

You are entitled to withdraw your real money balance and any winnings derived from wagering with your real money at any time. However, if you have not completed the wagering requirements before you make such a withdrawal then you will forfeit the bonus and any pending winnings from wagering with the bonus.
